Happy Memorial Day

 

I hope everyone has enjoyed their Memorial Day! I have had busy weekend, go figure! I was able to help decorate graves and spend time with my family, even celebrated 2 birthdays!! Whew! Ohhhh and me and my mother n law spent time cleaning out my baby's room and starting to get it ready. Yes, all that in  2 days! 

But today was Memorial Day and of course had the day off, we went to a beautiful memorial service and even met the governor of Indiana Mike Pence, that was exciting!!

Even though it was a busy, beautiful weekend I'm very thankful for those who are serving and have served our country! So thank you!! Hope you all had a great weekend and week and I of course would love to hear about it! 

Can't wait till next year my baby boy will be about 8 months!! 

COUPONS!

Alright, alright I give! I am so trying this couponing thing!!! :) and I am stoked! It has been a journey to get me to get started doing it because of time and me not being very organized! But I thought, "OMG I could be saving money!!" and all this stuff ran through my mind! I of course thought, since I was going to be a stay at home mommy, what now then to better start, AND its actually kinda fun! who know?! :) Not me that's for sure!!


I do need all the help I can get!!!! I do use a few good websites but I would love to use more, maybe even win free stuff!! :) I heard of places that have you do surveys and you can win money and everything, but I don't want scams or find coupons you have to jump through hoops to get! SOOOO please all my fellow couponers help a woman out!!!

It could be fun to have coupon parties too! Just an idea;)

Anywho, this week was another busy, but blessed week. Our business is doing well and everything seems to be going great with me and baby Paul. We had a checkup today and they said everything looked great!! Im hitting my third trimester! EEEEk its getting close...its also getting HOT!!! I think dress will be my best friends this summer, along with you guys ;) I hope everyone is having a good week as well, nothing can REALLY pop out in my mind that is worth sharing ,except always Gods goodness to me and my family and friends, but if there is something worth sharing from you, Id love to hear it! And PLEASE let me know about your couponing experiences!!!

My "Un-official" "Official" Mothers-Day Weekend

This weekend was beautiful and fun! Yah, the weather was a bit chilly- but other then that it was still so lovely! This was my first "unofficial" mothers day, so it was exciting, yet I felt so undeserving of it quite yet. But that's just me :) So on Friday night my wonderful husband (Darrel) took me on our usual Friday night date, and we came home and relaxed after a hard weeks work, (ugh, especially since he is landscaper, its tough) anyway, I worked on my blog and took it easy :) Ahhhhhh :)

On Saturday me, my mom and my sister went for lunch and some shopping. It was a lot of fun and we all had a good time! (Bought a super cute shirt too) my sister gave me a "mothers day" card and some lotion, that was awfully sweet of her to do :) Later that evening my church had a mothers-daughters day banquet and we went, and so did my mother and sister-n- law, we all had a good time fellowshipping and eating, and I deff. like to eat at this point! Momma's baby is getting BIG! A lady spoke about being a good mother, and she described a mother that I wish to be someday.

After a lovely Saturday, I woke up Sunday morning to a big surprise from my honey and my baby!! Darrel went out and got me balloons, flowers and a little stuff monkey (from Paul, he said) It was so sweet and thoughtful and made me excited for all the other Mothers days to come!! I really have a beautiful and undeserving family that makes special days, more special! It makes me more and more excited to meet and love Paul!! Speaking of that, I have another appointment coming up this next week!! ;)

Better Late Than Never

So, as many of my dear friends and family know, me and my wonderful husband are expecting our first child!! Im already 22 weeks and there is ton to fill you all in on! :) Wellllll.. since there is so much ,maybe i wont! ;) I will say whenever me and Darrel talked about having children I didnt think it would happen so fast! It was within weeks whenever I found out I was expecting! Like all new mothers I was very nervous and not sure if I was ready, but here I am 22 weeks later with a baby boy on the way!!! AND I will say I was hoping for a GIRL, but whenever I thought about it more, the idea of a boy is so exciting and I wouldnt change him for the world! :)

In the early stages of pregnancy you may expect, morning sickness, mood swing, fatigue and much much more...as for me...this did NOT happen! I know, I know, not fair huh?? But I was blessed and am still blessed with having great health! How can I complain? This adventure so far has been quite exciting and I cant wait to share more with you as time goes on. I plan on keeping you all up to date even when Paul (my baby boy) is born and all the adventures we share as a family!

So as I said before, Im sorry Im just now starting this blog, but Hey! Better Late Than Never!! ;)
